NCSLMA is seeking nominations for President-Elect!

We are looking for school librarians who are willing and able to take the next step of leadership and help guide NCSLMA's vision and mission to continue supporting, empowering, and promoting school librarians of North Carolina. If you are passionate about school librarianship, please consider nominating yourself to run for President-Elect. 

While most of our elections will take place in the fall, we hold our elections for the position of President-Elect in the spring. This will allow the 2027 President-Elect to shadow the current President-Elect and Conference Director in the conference planning for the remainder of this year.

A general job description can be found in our Bylaws, and more specific information about the Presidential Term and responsibilities can be found in our Handbook.
