Advancement Initiatives

The NCSLMA Leadership Academy has three goals.
1) Build and nurture leadership skills of school librarians
2) Connect school librarians to other school librarians across the state
3) Introduce school librarians to the behind the scenes aspect of NCSLMA so they can grow into leadership roles in the organization

Our Mentor Program is currently being built from the ground up.  We plan to offer two mentor options:  one for new librarians and the other for those applying for their National Boards.  Please reach out to Sara Levin if you are interested in being a mentor for either option.
