An important note regarding Awards, Grants, and Scholarship Deadlines:
Our former Awards, Grants, and Scholarships Director, Robin Rhodes, had to step down from her position a couple of months ago, shortly after the application window opened. While we tried our best to fill her shoes, we realized this weekend we missed some of the e-mails that came in regarding the applications. Because we didn’t want anyone to miss the application deadlines due to our delay in responding, we are extending the deadlines as follows:
The First Time Conference Attendee Grant application deadline will be extended to Monday, June 5. This will allow applicants to take advantage of the Early Bird Deadline if they are not awarded the grant.
The Better Together Grant application will be due Friday, June 16.
The Media Coordinator of the Year, Administrator of the Year, and Francis Bryant Bradburn Distinguished Service awards applications will be due Friday, June 16.
The NCSLMA Scholarship application will be due Friday, June 16.
We do have access to the former director’s account, so please know that we have received emails regarding this year’s applications and we will be following up with you this weekend. If you have any questions about this year’s application process, please feel free to reach out to me.
