Directions:  The School-Level BOB Compliance Form must be completed and signed by each school participating in any level of BOB competition.  The Battle of the Books head coach (School media coordinator or other certified staff member at that school) must join or renew NCSLMA membership before submitting the online form.

The compliance form is now found under the Events tab.  In order to see the event, you must be a current NCSLMA member and be logged in.  If you have teams on several levels, you may register for the event more than once.  For example, if you have both EBOB and MBOB teams you would register once and select EBOB and then register again and select MBOB.

The deadline for completing the form has been extended until November 30, 2020.

2019 Middle School Battle of the Books Winner

The Middle School Battle of the Books competition took place on Friday, May 10th at Wake Technical College in Raleigh. it was a great day where 9 teams across North Carolina - 1 from each region - competed for the title of State Champion. For the second year in a row, please join me in congratulating Turrentine Middle School from Region 5 on earning the title. They spent the year reading, practicing and working together to accomplish this goal, and it showed. Congratulations!
